When can I move in?
If there is a storage space available you can move in anytime.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
All you need is a Government issued form of ID (example: driver’s license, state id, or passport)

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?
No, we rent on a month to month basis unless the customer requests it.

What about insurance?
We have brochures and contact information referring you to an agent in getting storage insurance. You can also contact your automobile or homeowners insurance agent to see if your items are covered.

Does someone have to be in the office to let me through the security gates?
No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security password code that will allow you access from 7am to 7pm every day. 24 hour access is available by special request only.

How do I make a payment?
You can either pay in person, through the mail or on our website. You may also sign up to have the payment automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account monthly.

What forms of payments do you accept?
Checks, Cash, Money Orders, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express

Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

How do I know how much storage space I will need?
If you have questions regarding how much storage space you are looking to rent, feel free to contact one our employees and they would be happy to help you figure out how much space to rent.

Can I just stop by to view the facility and storage spaces? Or do I need an appointment?
Stop by anytime between the hours of 9am and 6pm Monday – Friday or 10am – 4pm Saturday - Sunday for a complimentary tour of our facility.

Do I need to bring my own lock?
You can, but we also sell locks at Roemer Way Self Storage.

How much notice needs to be given when I move out?
We require a 15 day written notice before you move out. Our staff will go over that process at the time of signing.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, Explosives, Flammable liquids, Toxic materials and Perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions of a specific item.

Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?
Unfortunately we do not offer handcarts or dollies.

Are there any additional fees?
Roemer Way Self Storage does require a one-time administrative fee of $15 which is to be paid at the time of signing. We do not require a security deposit.

What are the hours of operation?
The office is open Monday – Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday – Sunday 10am to 4pm. Our gate hours are 7am to 7pm every day. 24 hour access is available by special request.
